Jacob Arbizu - Agent
Realtor to Home Buyer: "Could you give me some feedback on the house at Robin Hood Lane?"
Home Buyer: "Sure, you know everything was great except for the Little John!!" Ha HaHa!
But seriously, I hope you enjoyed that and while I take your home buying and selling experience very seriously I also really enjoy what I do and I like to have fun. Life is just too short.
Hi, I'm Jay -- I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, I have over 15 years of real estate experience in San Antonio and now happily with eXp Realty for more than 4 years.
And I know we don't know each other yet, but I'd like to offer you and AMA - Ask Me Anything...about real estate. No pressure, just an honest look at the home buying process.
Just a little about me, before getting into real estate I was in the Air Force and I enjoy working with military and veterans. I also enjoy working with people I know, like and trust and I'm sure you do too.
And over the years, I’ve become great friends with many of my clients! In fact, 77% of my business comes from happy clients that are referring their friends and family or repeat customers.
I also enjoy the game of rugby. I played on the US Air Force rugby team and locally with the San Antonio Rugby Club. I still do some coaching for both teams and you should definitely come and check out one of our local matches!
And I know that there are usually some big life events happening that lead to a decision to buy your new home. So my goal is to educate you about the process so you can feel comfortable during your transaction and know what to expect along the way.
And I know your time is important so let me just ask you...
Could you benefit from having an experienced realtor in your corner guiding you through the entire home buying process?
Is it ok if I tell you what you need to hear and not just tell you what you want to hear?
Are you ok with having a realtor that stays in touch for years after the sale?
If the answer is YES, then we need to set up an AMA fast!
And if the answer is NO, then there’s probably no reason to keep reading. And like I said, No pressure. It sounds like we're probably not a good fit to work together and thanks for your time!
