I was in TX for school late July to the end of August and my house was being rented out at that time. I only got to speak to Jay through email, text, or phone. The process started in October and by November I had a buyer! We don’t necessarily get the chance to determine where we go and paying a mortgage in TX but being stationed in WA was becoming a bit much. Hi, I’m Jay, born and raised in San Antonio, TX. I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes for over 20 years, and I’ve proudly been with eXp Realty for more than 9 years. Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Air Force, and I still love working with military members and veterans.
